The scope and applicability of this course is designed to provide delegates with the skills and knowledge to manage and co-ordinate teams of clean-up staff at the scene of an oil spill incident. This course is theory based and provides delegates with the information and knowledge they require to take the correct decisions in a real life incident. The course will also enable delegates to successfully co-ordinate an oil spill response on-site. This course complies with International Maritime Organization Level 2 standard.

About
Penelope Goddard began painting at the age of six. She attended the Johnson School of Art at the age of ten and later began studying classical art. At the age of 18 she was accepted at St. Markus Institute of Art on a full scholarship. Her art series have been exhibited in the US  Europe.
